Refund Policy

Instant access is granted upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only issued if the license key has not been activated.

Neon Hooks is digital product (software/SaaS). Upon completion of purchase, you are provided direct access via electronic delivery (license key and/or activation links), according to the flow of the merchant processing the payment.

When is a return allowed?

A refund may be granted when the license key has not been activated on any device/facility as long as your request is within the time frame and rules of the payment provider (Lemon Squeezy / Merchant of Record).
After the activation of the licence, the digital good is deemed to have been consumed and the service delivered; in which case refunds generally are not provided , unless otherwise required by applicable European consumer protection legislation.

How to request a refund

Submit the request through the platform where you completed the purchase (eg Lemon Squeezy order page or support email listed on your invoice). Include your order email and, if requested, proof that the key has not been activated.

Technical problems

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the Service despite an active license, please contact support first. We will make a reasonable effort to resolve; this does not automatically involve a refund, but is considered on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with law.

Membership fees

For recurring charges (eg monthly plan), cancellation of future renewal is done as per merchant/subscription portal instructions. Cycles already paid are governed by this MoR policy and rules.
