This update describes how the "Neon Hooks" Service (hereinafter "we") processes personal data in the context of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").
The controller for the operation of the website/app is the owner of the Neon Hooks project. For GDPR requests you can use the communication channel set out on your invoice/shop or request an email address from merchant support (Lemon Squeezy) where payment processing is handled by them as an independent controller where applicable.
The processing for the provision of the contract (Article 6 para. 1 b΄ GDPR) — i.e. execution of the subscription/permission. Where consent is required (eg non-essential cookies/marketing), it will be explicitly requested.
Data is retained for the duration of the subscription/license and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal/tax obligations, unless longer retention is required by law.
We use third-party hosting infrastructure (eg Netlify) and APIs (eg Lemon Squeezy for licenses). These providers act as processors or autonomous controllers, according to their own policies.
